Major Relief provides sanitation and waste management equipment and services, including but not limited to portable restrooms, roll-off dumpsters, holding tanks, handwashing stations, temporary fencing, and luxury restroom trailers, for construction sites, outdoor events, and commercial projects.

The Site is intended to provide general information about our services and to allow prospective clients to request quotes. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of service availability, pricing, or delivery timelines. All service agreements are subject to a separate written or verbal confirmation from Major Relief.

IV. Quote Requests and Account Information

When you submit a quote request through the Site, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, and project start date. By submitting this information, you authorize Major Relief to use it to contact you regarding your inquiry and to manage your account with us.

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding contract between you and Major Relief. Service terms, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed separately.

V. SMS and Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Major Relief related to your quote request, project updates, and service communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for assistance.

  • Mobile Privacy: We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service agreement.

VI. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Major Relief or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
